You can use the 鈥淔orgot your password?鈥� link on the Log In page to reset your password. This functionality is available in your 逗比直播 application and on the 逗比直播-OSAP link page.
You will need to provide your 逗比直播 username and the email address associated with your account. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you and will expire 1 hour after the time sent.
